Art was a life long resident of Subiaco. He was a retired worker of Logan County Road Maintenance, a Coal Miner and a United States Army Veteran of WWII.
Art is survived by his wife of 72 years Lacine (Lee) Carter of Subiaco and one son James Carter of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Arrangements were by: Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris. Burial was in McKendree Cemetery in Subiaco under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
