She was born in Atlantic City and was a lifelong area resident, living in Cardiff for the past 20 years.
Mrs. Weed worked as a waitress in many area restaurants and retired several years ago. She was a past member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Surviving are two sons, Franklin S. and Kenneth P., both of Augusta, Ga.; two daughters, Jean K. Mong of Weymouth Township, and Dorothy G. Carvelli of Streamwood, Ill.; a sister, Anna Marie Swan of Ventnor; 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Jeffries and Keates Funeral Home, Northfield. Burial will be in Atlantic City Cemetery, Pleasantville. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home
