Michael Grayson Beasley, age 60 of Spencer, died Wednesday, February 20, 2013. He was a member of the Mooneyham Freewill Baptist Church. Grayson was the current sheriff of Van Buren County and a member of the Sheriff's Association.
Preceding him in death was mother Nellie Belle Beasley and half-brother Eddie Hodge.
Survivors include wife Cynthia Beasley; son Tommy Beasley, McMinnville; daughter Emily Beasley, Murfreesboro; step-daughters Heather Winnett, Jasmine and Camillia Scott; step-son William Scott all of Spencer; two granddaughters Elizabeth and Charlie Winnett; grandson Gerard Beasley; father Kender Beasley, Spencer; two sisters Gloria (Bobby) Scott and Tammy (Griffen) Anderson, both of Spencer half-brother Danny Hodge; half-sister Donna Boles; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Service will be Saturday at 1:00 pm CST at the Mooneyham Freewill Baptist Church with Bro. Wayne Sullivan and Bro. Jason Graham officiating. Burial will be in Myers Cemetery.
