Born in Danvers, son of the late Charles L. and Helena M.(Guiddry) Bailey, he had resided in Mesa for the past two years, having formerly lived in Danvers for fifty years.
He was a veteran of WWII, having served in the U.S. Army.Before retirement, he had been employed as a construction worker for 25 years.
Besides his wife, he leaves daughters, Donna Landry of Danvers abd Charlene Allard of Exeter, NH.; a son, Francis L. Bailey II, of Chico, Calif.; two sisters, Mary and Patricia Bailey of Danvers; a brother, Charles G. Bailey of New London, NH. and Sebastion, Fla.; also, two grandchildren.
