baptism/christening date:
baptism/christening place:
birth date:06 Aug 1656
birthplace:NEW HAVEN TWP,NEW HAVEN,CONNETICUT
father's name:William Meaker
indexing project (batch) number:7450349
system origin:Connecticut-ODM
source film number:unknown
reference number:
Mary Meeker first married Samuel Adams, m2 Moses Lyon
m3 John Thorpe
****NOTE****- many researchers/records show Mary MEEKER the wife of Samuel Adams 1653-1727 (memorial#104519875) -
However- in looking at New England Marriage Records Prior 1700- it clearly shows Mary Meeker married to Samuel Adams who
died in 1694 AND a Samuel Adams 1653-1727 that married a Mary
(Maiden Name Unknown)****
** First, where's the grave that shows a date of death? Second, Mary's third husband, John Thorp, died in 1720 and Mary is mentioned in his will. Thus, she could not have died in 1718. Records like this just cause confusion. If there is another record that supports a 1718 death, I
