Mildred Emmaline Isaacs of Leaburg, passed away April 30, 1969 at a local hospital. She was born March 30, 1896 at Lampasas, Texas. Her husband, Robert preceded her in death in 1942. She had been a resident of this community since 1923. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Survived by 2 daughters: Mrs. Richard Beyerlin of Vida, and Mrs. Vernon Bright of Siletz; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers: Frank Jones of Leaburg, and Kyle Jones of Las Vegas, Nevada; a sister, Nona Lee of Springfield. Concluding services will be held Monday, May 5th at 1:30 p.m. in Buell Chapel with Reverend Stanley Maple of the First Baptist Church officiating. Private interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Leaburg, Oregon. The family has requested that the casket remain closed at the service. Visitation may be made until 9 p.m. in the evenings, and until noon Monday.
