Martha was daughter of James Winters (often found as Winter) & his 2nd wife, Nancy J Davis. Martha & my great grandfather married in 1901, had 3 children then when their youngest, my grandmother, was 4, she died of Tuberculosis. My dad said Martha was very beautiful, he never met her of course but my grandmother had a photo of her. Sadly I have not seen any photos as another family member took all the photo's after my grandmother died in 1992.

At this time, I do not know where her mother Nancy was buried.

George & Martha's children:
Ralph McClelland
Clarence Hagar Sr
Genevieve Ellen

After Martha died, George remarried to a widow, Vada Odessa Wolverton & she had a young son. They had no children together but George legally adopted him & his last name was changed to Davis.
