Agnes was born July 5, 1889 in Flat Rock, Illinois, a daughter of Lafayette and Virginia Mefford Goff.

She married John Fredrick Wesley on July 3, 1919 in Flat Rock, Illinois. He died April 2, 1938 in Osawatomie, Kansas. She married Samuel Cutler on May 5, 1950 in Ogden, Utah. He died in February of 1969.

She was reared in Illinois and had lived in Kansas for 27 years, Washington, Wyoming and the Ogden-Roy area since 1950. She attended public schools in Illinois and was a member of the First Methodist Church.

She had five children: Kathleen, twins: Paul and Pauline, Myrtle and Virginia. She died at a Roy nursing home of causes incident to age.
