Myrtle Edith (Barnett) Curnutt
Myrtle E. Curnutt died on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2002 at Woodland Memorial Hospital after an extended illness. She was 93 years of age.
Mrs. Curnutt was born in Chico on Feb. 24, 1908 and was a Yolo County resident for the past 39 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, George Monroe Barnett and Minnie Mary (Warner) Tamisier.
Mrs. Curnutt was a homemaker most of her adult life, devoting her time to her family and friends. According to her family she was much loved by both family and friends and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her daughter, Doris Dodson and husband Wiley D. of Woodland; her granddaughter Yvonne Spitek and husband Mike, grandsons Wiley E. Dodson and Iley Dodson and wife Retha, all of Woodland.
Also surviving her are her great grandchildren, Frank Corralejo Jr., Christopher Dodson, Michael Regaldo, David Gomez, Crystal Gomez and Cait Spitek, all of Woodland, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by a son, Richard Louis Upton and granddaughter Cheryl Lynne Dodson.
A graveside service is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2002 at Monument Hill Memorial Park in Woodland.
