CLINTON, MA. - Chester Alfred Polack, age 81, of 31 Woodruff Road in Clinton, passed away on Monday, August 4th 2003 at the Clinton Hospital in Clinton, Ma.

He was born on October 21st 1921 in Worcester, Ma., he was the son of Stanley and Victoria (Sadowski) Polack, and lived here most of his life.

He served in the Army and the National Guard.

Mr. Polack Owned and Operated Chet's Auto Body Shop for many years before retiring.

He was a former member of the Polish American Veterans.

Four brothers predeceased him.

He leaves his wife of 46 years; Ann A. (Janovich) Polack, two daughters; Mary Ann Whitney of Boylston, Ma. and Rose St. Cyr of Vermont, four brothers; Benny and William Polack both of Clinton, Ma., Frank Polack of Lancaster, Ma., and Joe Polack of California, two sisters; Mary Stades of Maynard, Ma. and Helen Rogers of Louisiana, six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Arrangements by the James E. Watson Funeral Home on 149 Water Street in .

Burial will be held at the family's convenience.
