Johnnie W. Parker Sr of San Antonio Texas entered into rest on Thursday January 27, 1994 at the age of 66 years. Mr. Parker was a life member of the Bexar Co. sheriff's mounted posse, life member of the Mesquite Trail Drivers Association, life members of the San Antonio Livestock Exposition, and Texas Rough Riders Association. He owned and operated Johnnie's Trailer Sales for 28 years.
Survived by son, Johnnie Parker Jr.; daughters Barbara Howse, Judy Ely and husband Charles; Glenda Hatch and husband Billy; brother and sister in law Harold and Mary Lou Parker; sister Adeline Thigpen; 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and many close friends.
Viewing will be held in the Dellcrest Chapel on Friday January 28th from 2 pm to 9 pm. Funeral services will be held in the Dellcrest Chapel on Saturday January 29 at 10 am. Graveside services will be held on Monday at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Interment follows.
