Edith O. Price, 64, of Kettering and formerly of St. Marys died at 11:45 p.m. Sunday, April 26, in Kettering Medical Center following an extended illness.
Born in New Knoxville, she was the daughter of Noah and Ona (Stienecker) Katterheinrich. On May 3, 1953, she was married to Samuel W. Price who died in 1978.
Survivors include two sons, a daughter, a grandson and sister, Mrs. Edward (Eileen) Gregson of Leesburg, FL, formerly a resident of Wapakoneta.
A brother preceded her in death.
Mrs. Price was a retired elementary school teacher and member of the Ohio and National Retired Teachers' Association and the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, New Bremen.
Services will be 8:30 p. m. Wednesday, April 29, in the Yoder, Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, with the Rev. Carl G. Will Officiating. Burial will be in Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
