Sylvester J. Elliott
Sterling- Sylvester J. Elliott, 84, retired farmer, died in veterans hospital at Wichita Thursday morning.
He was born in Wayne County, Ind., July 6, 1968, had lived in the Sterling community 77 years, was a Spanish American war veteran.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Leona Jessop, Wichita, Mrs. Russell Pallister, Atchi8son, and Mrs. Harold Ellis, Madison; a son Henry , Nickerson; five brothers, Mood, Lyons, Tabor, Sterling, C.G., Sterling Ben, Delta, Colo., and Stanley, Gage, Okla.; and four grandchildren.
Funeral will be at t2:30 p,m, Sunday in Missionary church here with burial in Sterling cemetery
