Scarborough rites set

Services for Glenn O. Scarborough will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Behner Funeral Hoe with the Rev. Kermit Black officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Glenn O. Scarborough, 72, 804 Liberty Drive, died at 4:15 a.. Saturday at the Parkview Care Center. He had been ill for the past eight weeks.

He was born July 12, 1900, at Fremont. He was the son of Arthur B. and Jean Schureman Scarborough. His marriage to Eva L. Nelson took place Nov. 4, 1939, in Fairfield.

Scarborough had lived in the Fairfield Community for the past 14 years. Previously he had farmed in the Pleasant Plain and Fairfield areas for a number of years.

He is survived by his widow, and was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers.
