Mr. Frankey Whitaker All, 80, of Dorchester died Sunday, June 22, 2003, in the Summerville Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Salem United Methodist Church with Rev. Robert Hoover officiating. Burial will follow in the Dorchester Cemetery.
Mr. All was born January 6, 1923, in Dorchester, a son of the late John Fred All and Jessie Elizabeth Way All. He was a 1940 graduate of St. George High School and the widower of Carolyn Whetsell All. He was a member and steward of Salem United Methodist Church. He was a member of Egeria Masonic Lodge # 71 of Harleyville, the Scottish Rites and Omar Temple Shrine Temple in Mount Pleasant. He was a retired employee of Westvaco Plant in Charleston.
Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, Frankey W. "Butch" All and his wife Sandra, William F. "Freddy" All and his wife Carol, all of Dorchester, Anthony Wayne All, and his wife Sandy of Summerville; a brother, Harvey W. All, Charleston; and a sister, Sally A. Sheppard, Moncks Corner; grandchildren, Keith All, Hayley All and Tyler All, all of Summerville, Heath All, Tamara All, Amanda Gallagher, William All, Ashley All, all of Dorchester; great-grandchildren, Austin All, Rebecca All, Jacob All, and Carleigh Gallagher, all of Dorchester.
