MARY HILL
Mrs. Joseph Hill, 79, nee Mary Remeker, lifelong resident of the county, died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Staudinger, in Valders.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at the Pfeffer funeral home and at 9:30 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Clarks Mills. Burial will be in St. Michael cemetery at Whitelaw.
She was born in Maple Grove in 1870 and in 1890 was married to Mr. Hill. He died in 1945.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Mayme Hastreiter of this city, Mrs. Joseph Rappel of Cato and Mrs. Charles Staudinger of Valders; son, Frank of Cato; two brothers, Joseph of Milwaukee and Frank of Reedsville; two
sisters, Mrs. Katherine Wallender of Reedsville and Mrs. John Linsmeyer of Cato; and 16 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday, where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Wednesday.
