Married James Patrick (Pat) Petty in 1894 in Bonham, Fannin Co., Texas. Gave birth to Lee A.(1895), Jack (1897)and Virgie Nadina (1901)Petty. Widowed in 1901.

Both Cornelius and Molly were widowed, and at the age of 37 (Cornelius) and Molly (32) married in Caddo, Indian Territory on July 21, 1904
