Thelma M. "Mommee" Washington-Hogan
WASHINGTON-HOGAN Thelma "Mommee" M. Washington-Hogan entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 27, 2013. Age 91.
She was a member of Pilgrim's Rest Baptist Church # 2 and a Cosmetologist for over 60 years. She was also a member of the Jolly Ladies Social Group and a former Eastern Star.
Daughter of the late Roseanne and John Washington.
Wife of the late Andrew Hogan, Sr.
Mother of Loving Son, Andrew (Dianne) Hogan, Jr. and the late Ralph Donald Hogan. Sister of Louis Washington Sr. Also survived by 6 grandchildren, Ralph D. Jr., Derrick (Felicia), Keith (Thu-Ann), Jeffrey (Dollie), Ashley and Dr. Tiffany A. Hogan, 6 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by 5 brothers, 5 sisters, and one grand daughter.
Relatives and friends of the family also, Pastors, Officers and Members of Pilgrim's Rest B.C. #2 and Metairie Healthcare are invited to attend the Visitation on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Pilgrim's Rest Baptist Church #2, 2200 Louisiana Avenue from 9:00 am until 10:00 am. Followed by Funeral Services at 10:00 am.
Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
