Services Held For Thomas B. George --
Funeral services for Thomas B. George, 69, an outstanding farmer and citizen of the Fourth Civil District, who died at his home near Champ Sunday morning, were conducted Monday afternoon from the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The pastor, the Rev. H. R. Robinson, and the Rev. W. M. Crawford officiated. Burial was in the Fanning Cemetery. Mr. George was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Etta Fanning George; two sons, James George and Eulan B. George; a daughter, Mrs. Tillman Corder, and a sister, Mrs. William Sullenger, all of the Champ community; and seven grandchildren.
