WESTFIELD - William H. Pennington, 96, of 214 Wells St. died Tuesday at Muhlenberg Hospital.
Born in New Brunswick, he had made his home here since 1967 with a daughter, Mrs. John M. Mackenzie.
Prior to 1967 he had lived in Meridan, Conn., for 30 years with his late son, Dr. Harry F. Pennington. He was the husband of the late Anna Louise Pennington who died in June, 1970.
Mr. Pennington retired in 1935 from the Jane Way & Carpenter Co., New Brunswick printers. He was a veteran of the Spanish American War.
Also surviving are two grandchildren and a great grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Gray Funeral Home, 318 East Broad St., at 10 a.m. tomorrow by the Rev. Canon Richard C. Hardman of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery.
