Mrs. Billy was a graduate of Bethel High School class of 1954 and attended Benedict College. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and kind friend to many.
She was a longstanding member at Pine Grove Baptist Church, Eastover, South Carolina until her health began to decline.
She leaves to cherish precious memories, three sons; Donald K. Billy (Idora), Kenneth B. Billy, and Kelvin L. Billy; two daughters; Beverly B. Bussey (Barney) and Valerie B. Sullivan (Eric), one brother, Nathaniel Branch, sisters-in-law; Inez Anderson, Bertha Billie, Frances Caldwell, and Earline Branch, six grandchildren; Nahaliel and Hannah Billy, Breana and Bakari Bussey, and Ria and Dalton Sullivan, a host of nieces, nephews, special relatives and friends.
