MARGARET GRIMM SCHIRATHIN
Mrs. Margaret (Maude) Schirathin, 82, formerly of Whitelaw, died Friday at Maple Crest Home in Whitelaw where she was a patient since 1968. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville and at 11 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, Whitelaw. The Rev. Richard Heymen will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Mrs. Schirathin, the former Margaret Klein, was born August 26, 1893, in Manitowoc Rapids, daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Cashman Klein. She was married to Albert Grimm, November 24, 1914. He died on October 28, 1944. She was married to Walter Schirathin April 15, 1950. He preceded her in death on July 1, 1966. She was a member of the Christian Mothers Society of St. Michael Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Norbert (Mickey) Muench of Whitelaw; a son, Harry Grimm of Orlando, Fla.; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Three brothers, two sisters, an infant daughter and one grandson preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the Saur Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Sunday and Monday until time of services. Rosary will be said by the Rev. Father Heymen, Christian Mothers and parish at 8 p.m. Sunday.
