Arthur F. Geden, age 86, entered into eternal on life Aug. 9, 2012. Arthur was born in Roxbury and had lived in Dorchester for over 70 years. Mr. Geden was a railroad engineer for NY, New Haven and Hartford Railroad for many years. Mr. Geden was a World War II Navy veteran. Beloved son of the late Henry and Mabel Geden. Beloved brother of Joseph Geden of Stoughton, Ruth Malloy of Cincinnati, OH, Louise McBrine of Braintree and the late William Geden, and the late Doris McGonigle- Sapia. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Great-uncle to many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home at 100 Washington St., Weymouth, Monday, Aug. 13 at 9 a.m. Funeral Mass from Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours at the funeral home Sunday, Aug. 12 from 4-7 p.m. Committal service at the Mass. National Cemetery, Bourne at 12:45 p.m.
