FUNERAL FRIDAY FOR MRS. FLOYD CHADWELL
Funeral services for Mrs. Minerva Ethel Chadwell, wife of Floyd Chadwell, who died August 2 in Spokane, WA, were held at Providence, Laurel County, with the Rev. Denvis Rush officiating.
Interment followed in the church cemetery by the House Funeral Home.
Mrs. Chadwell had been ill for the last four months with coronary adhesions. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Survivors include one daughter, Margaret Jane Chadwell, Colbert, WA; three sisters, Mrs. Oscar Parman, London; Mrs. Raymond Rudder, Cincinnati, and Mrs. J.C. Owens, Indiana and three brothers, Virgil Humfleet, Indiana and C.H. and Leon Humfleet, Lida.
Born March 12, 1906, Mrs. Chadwell was the daughter of J.C. and Emma Humfleet, both of whom survive and reside at Lida.
Among those here from a distance to attend the last rites were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Roberts; and
Mr. and Mrs. Lee Bowling, all of Lexington; Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Rudder, Cincinnati and
Mr. Virgil Humfleet, East Chicago, IN.
