Mrs. Catherine Ann Haughey died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Coroner in Woodville Monday Jan. 11, 1892 of pneumonia, aged seventy-seven. She was born in Preston county, West Virginia, in 1814 and has lived at various towns in Wisconsin, Iowa and Minn. She leaves a sorrowing husband and three married daughters, Mrs. Coroner, and Mrs. J. Davis of this place and Mrs. White of Grinnell, Iowa. The funeral was held on Wednesday.
