Artie Roberts, 92, of Britthaven of Somerset, died Monday, November 22, 1993, at Britthaven, following an extended illness.
A native of McNay, Alabama, she was born January 20, 1901, the daughter of the late Junius and Sophia Ann Stanley May. She was a member of High Street Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Jean Claire Galluzzo, Arizona; 12 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ellis Roberts; three sons, Russell, Connie, and Thomas Long; a daughter, Virginia Long; and 12 brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Lakeside memorial Gardens with the Rev. Sammie Adkins officiating.
There will be no visitation prior to graveside services.
Somerset Undertaking Company is in charge of arrangements.
