Son of Adolphe "Delphis" Provencher and Georgianna Trottier
He was born on July 13th, 1886 in Plessisville Québec, baptized Joseph Adolphe Hubert the next day at the parish church of Saint-Calixte.
On July 4th, 1904, at the age of 17, he married Anna Michel at the church of Saint-Médard in Warwick. Their first three children Alcide, Émile and Irène were born in Warwick where Adolphe was a farmer.
They moved to Montreal in the Saint-Louis district where Adolphe worked as a streetcar driver for some time. In February 1922, they emigrated to Limerick Maine, and it was here that Fleurette and Rudolphe were born. He worked as a barber and storekeeper.
His wife Anna died on January 6th, 1944 and he married Marie Geneviève "Louise" Paradis on December 25th, 1945.
Adolphe died on January 21st, 1964 at the age of 77.
