Mary 'Patsy' Selby Paul was born May 13, 1922, in Lawrence County, daughter of Luther and Nora Alice Richardson Selby. She married Leo F. Paul in 1943, in Alabama.
Surviving are sons, David Paul and Terry (Marsha) Paul; daughter-in-law, Roberta Paul; grandchildren, Susan (Ray) Patterson, Justin Paul, Erica (Butch) Davis; Sheryl Hill, Brian (Jamie) Paul, Steven Paul, Johnathan Paul and Rachel Paul; eleven great-grandchildren; sisters, Emma Rose Cogdill and Margurite Croslow and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leo on March 30, 1998; son, Gary W. Paul;two great-grandsons; daughter-in-law, Shirley Paul; great-granddaughter; brothers, Paul Selby,Alvin Selby, Luther Selby Jr and Duard 'Curly' Selby and half-brother, Rufus Dyke.
