Dave Edward Bowlegs, age 73 years of Wewoka passed away Wednesday, March 13th, 2013 at his home in Wewoka after a short illness. Born September 18, 1939 in Wolf, Oklahoma to the late Edmond and Janie (Harjo) Bowlegs. Dave was a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church. He previously worked for Justice Schools as a bus driver for many years. He enjoyed watching OU sports and watching his grandchildren playing ball. His heart was with the Lord and he enjoyed going to Church and other Church activities. Preceding Dave in death are his parents and wife Martha and four brothers.
