Debra "Debbie" Meisner, age 49, of 1318 S. 17th St., Manitowoc, died Tuesday morning, April 13, 2004, at home surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, April 16, 2004, at The Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Thomas Wojciechowski O.F.M. with entombment at Knollwood Memorial Park & Chapel Mausoleum, Highway 310, Manitowoc.

Debbie was born Aug. 26, 1954, in Manitowoc, daughter of Edward Decker and the late Elizabeth (Kozaczuk) Decker. She was a graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School, class of 1973.

On Oct. 21, 1978, she married August Meisner at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Debbie enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends.

Survivors include her father: Edward Decker; her husband: August Meisner; a daughter and son-in-law: Mandi and Michael Sveom; a son: Casey Meisner; a daughter and her special friend: Shannon Meisner and Joshua Clark, all of Manitowoc; three grandchildren: Jordan, Caitlin and Alyssa; special family pet: Roofis; two sisters-in-law: Judy Meisner, Manitowoc; Anna Mae and Eugene Snyder, Brillion; and a special friend: Donna Goeke, Manitowoc. Also surviving are aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law: James Meisner; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law: Victor and Alice Meisner.

The family will greet relatives and friends at The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. led by Deacon Robert Drobka.
