JUDITH M. NEUSER

Judith M. Neuser, age 59, of 634 River Bluff Drive, Manitowoc, died Monday morning, November 5, 2001, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc. The family would like to thank Dr. Lynn Baatz and the staff of Holy Family Memorial Medical Center for the care and support given to Judy.

Judy was born November 19, 1941, in Manitowoc, daughter of the Late Claude and Leila (née Dziengelewski) Sielski. She was a graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School, class of 1960.

On June 29, 1963, she married James S. Neuser at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc.

Judy was a homemaker and a tax consultant. She was a lifelong member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc, and St. Mary Rosary & Altar Society. Judy was very active in the church community, serving on many committees and holding various office positions and chairing the fall bazaar. She was also a member of the Manitowoc Yacht Club Ladies Auxiliary. Judy enjoyed decorating her home to make it a warm and inviting place for family and friends to gather. Whether it was for a formal holiday celebration, a backyard barbecue or a quick lunch for unexpected guests, Judy would make sure everyone had something they enjoyed and no one left hungry. Grandchildren looked forward to visits with grandma and the treats they could always count on. She enjoyed laying variety of parlor games, especially Dominoes. During her lifetime Judy touched and enriched the lives of many who will miss her.

Survivors include her husband, James S. Neuser, Manitowoc; five children and their families: James M. Neuser and his fiancée, Claudette Wirsching, Belgium, Wisconsin; his stepsons: Brad Barbeau and Ryan Pankratz; David and Katie Neuser and their children: Kyra Jo and Kyle, Cross Plains, Wisconsin; Lisa and Tim Duckart and their children, Alyssa and Tyler, Manitowoc; Michelle and Michael Froehlke and their son, Patrick, Greenleaf; Angela and Chris Neuser, West Bend; two sisters and brothers-in-law; Joan and Bob Carey, Lewes, Delaware; Kathy and Randy Cherney and their son, Matthew who hold a special place in her heart; and a brother and sister-in-law: Ron and Mary Sielski, all of Manitowoc. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Sielski.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made in Judy's name to St. Mary Catholic Church Endowment Fund or The Cancer Care Center of Manitowoc. Funeral services will be held at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc, with entombment at Knollwood Mausoleum, town of Kossuth.
