April Schultz, a lifelong resident and native of Carson City, passed away on New Year's Day, 1997. She was born May 1, 1982 to Norris and Kathy Haberland Schultz.
A dancer at heart, she was a member of the Pinkerton Academy of Dance and Gina Kaskie Dancers. She was also a student at Carson High School and a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors besides her parents included two grandmothers, ElVera Schultz and Vi Haberland, both of Carson City, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
