Rev. Andrew Ambrose Cobb is buried in the Old Price Family Cemetery in Floyd County, Georgia. At the time of his death, he was the pastor of the Friendship Baptist Church, which was located on land belonging to the Price family; and was adjacent to the pre-existing Price family cemetery. The church has long since moved to new quarters in Rome, and both the original church site and cemetery are now abandoned and badly overgrown. However, the old church foundation can still be identified by the outline of stones that remain. And the cemetery, even though covered several times since by floodwaters, can still be identified just a few yards away. The vast majority of the stones are badly deteriorated and unreadable. The site is on private land, about five miles southwest of Rome, Georgia, on Horseleg Creek Road.
