Matthew Scott Gutshall, 22, of 651 E. 3rd St., Bloomsburg, died Monday, Oct. 2, 1989, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, from injuries suffered in a car accident on Sept. 23, 1989, in Bloomsburg.
Mr. Gutshall was employed as a carpenter for VanFleet Construction Co., Dalton.
He was born Aug. 23, 1967, in Scranton, the son of Robert P. and Linda L. (Francis) Gutshall.
Surviving are his parents of Bloomsburg and a brother and sister: James B. of Millersville and Jennifer, at home. Also surviving are his grandparents: Catherine Gutshall of Altoona and John and Margaret Francis of Clarks Summit.
Mr. Gutshall was a member of the Bloomsburg Wesley United Methodist Church.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Kriner-Elwell-Wilt Funeral Home, Bloomsburg.
