Louisa Feig Lottich was born in Bavaria. Her parents were Johannes Philip Feig(1814-1889) and Anna Barbara Weilde (1814-1884). With her parents, she arrived in New Orleans (departing from Le Havre) on board the "Damascus" on 26 June 1846. The family moved shortly thereafter to Harrison County, Indiana, appearing in the 1850 census. Louisa married Conrad Lottich on 14 February 1856, in Harrison County, Indiana. Her children were: Philip, Mary, William, Jacob, Conrad Jr., George Henry, and Louise. My great great grandmother.
