Shirley Graf Richard, a homemaker, died of cancer Tuesday at Ochsner Foundation Hospital. She was 73. Mrs. Richard was a native of Sheboygan, Wis. She lived in Jefferson many years, and in Kenner for the past three years. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 3276 of Harahan. Survivors include three sons, Robert Marvin Stegemeyer Sr., Edmund Joseph "Buddy" Flocke III and Thomas Harry Flocke; a daughter, Roxanne Flocke Toll; 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 10 p.m. at Schoen Funeral Home, 1414 S. Tyler St., Covington. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Barker-McManus Cemetery.
