Daughter of Peter de Mauley VII of Yorkshire and Margery de Sutton de Mauley Aldburgh.

Wife of William Fairfax of Walton.

Secondly, wife of Sir John Bigod, son of Sir John Bigod. They were married before 1410 and had one son and one daughter; Ralph (who married Anne Greystoke and Katherine, the wife of Mr Crathorn.

Constance was heir to her brother, Peter de Mauley VIII, 5th Lord Mauley, and inherited the Castle and Manor of Mulgrave, and manors of Applegarth near Boynton, Bainton, Hunmanby, Kilnwick, Lythe and Seaton in Cleaveland, in Hinderwell, Yorkshire.

Constance left a will dated 01 Jan 1450, proved 14 Feb 1451.
