Doctor Abiah Morgan Cartledge attended medical school in Louisville Ky. and became a well known Surgeon and started a surgical deparment at this medical college. He married Ella Powers Gardnier. They had one son Abiah Morgan Cartledge III who was born 11-29-1888 and died as a small child. One daughter Anna Belle Morgan Cartledge Born 11-15-1891 who married Richard Rock Williams and they had 5 children.
