It is not a misprint saying a son Helmuth was born in January and another son stillborn in February. There are birth certificates for both both as they are listed as twins. One was named Helmuth born Jan 17, 1903 and died Jan 18, 1903. The other twin wasn't named and was born Feb 27, 1903 and died Feb 27, 1903.

Frau AUG. LITTMANN, nee SCHENK, died in her home in town Herman of heart trouble. She was born 7 Sept 1862 in Pommern, Germany, and as a child came with her parents to America. She was married here and lived here in the city for many years. For about 6 months the family lived on the farm in town Herman. Of 13 children born to her, only 3 are living. A son Wilhelm and a younger daughter at home, and a daughter, married to Wilhelm Ruckert, who lives in this city. The funeral was held on Saturday afternoon in town Herman.
Her surviving children were:
Johannes Friedrich Wilhem (William Littman) born September 25, 1885 and died August 20, 1944. He married Minnie Darrow in 1928 in Breed, WI.
Anna Emilie WIlhelmine (Minnie) Littman born Jan 14, 1889 and died after 1944 in Sheboygan. She married George Huibregtse and William Ruckert.
Emma Fridericke Pauline Littman born Jan 2, 1897 and died after 1944 in Woodburn, IN. She married Christ Schmidt.
