Stahl Properties Co.) who planned the "Ridgewood" development in Parma, Ohio and "Cleveland Heights" in Lakeland, Florida. Both developments included a golf course. In the wake of the Great Depression, he lost everything and died in 1930 of heart failure at the age of 56.
Her second husband, Truman Foote, was also in the real estate business and died in 1952.
Agnes, an avid golfer much like her first husband, was a charter member of the Shaker Heights Country Club and a former member of the Hospital Guild.
She passed away at the age of 86 in the Margaret Wagner House in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
