Allan Edward Anderstrom, 21, of Hilton Head Island, died Friday, March 25, 2005, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Interstate 95 in Colleton County. Allan was born May 4, 1983, in Danbury, Conn., son of Robert and Lori Weir Anderstrom. He graduated from Hilton Head High School and attended the University of South Carolina Beaufort and Clemson University. He was on the dean's list at Clemson University, where he was seeking dual majors in mathematics and physics. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed computers. Beside his parents, he is survived by his siter, Carly Lopez of Connecticut; his grandparents Robert and Barbara Carlo of Connecticut; his grandfather Edward Anderstrom of Hilton Head Island; and his neice, Jennifer, and nephew, Michael, both of Connecticut. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Doris Anderstrom. A celebration of his life will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Island Funeral Home and Crematory, 4 Cardinal Road.
