John Rouch, seventy-one years old. well known farmer who lived on his farm on Juniper road about four miles southeast of Lakeville, died Monday morning after an illness of a week.
Funeral services will be held in Salem Evangelical church in Bremen at 1:30 pm.today. Rev C A Wright, pastor of Indiana Chapel, M B C, will be in charge of the service, assisted by Rev H E Miller of Elkhart. Burial will be in the Bremen cemetery
Mr Rouch was born at Osceola, Ohio, March 28, 1857. In 1879 he moved with his parents to Bourbon.
His marriage to Susie Mullet took place March 4, 1900. Shortly after that, he moved to the farm where he died.
Surviving are the widow, six sons and four daughters. They are Lawrence, of Lakeville; Clarence, Marion, Aaron and Everett of Bremen; Noble, of Hillsboro, Tex; Lucile, Nettie and Margaret, all at home, and Mrs Eugene Weiss of Mishawaka. There are four brothers A P Rouch, Twin Falls, Idaho; Henry Rouch, Walowa, Oregon; William Rouch, Salt Lake City; and Lewis Rouch, Ocean Park, California.
