Funeral services for Clarence W. "Red" Pendergrass have been scheduled for 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the Hayhurst Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Bob Green, pastor of Arrow Heights Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be at Floral Haven memorial Gardens under the direction of Hayhurst Funeral Home.
Clarence W. "Red" Pendergrass was born March 6, 1922 in the Weer Community of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He passed this life on Sunday, March 24, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was 91 years of age.
Clarence attended Broken Arrow School. He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the United States Army. Following his military service, Red as he was called, was a pipe fitter at Dover Pipe. He was married to the former Miss Dama Hauth Lyon on December 28, 1976 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on July 9, 1999. Clarence loved his country and his military service. He loved to Joke and tell stories. He was Pepaw to all the grandkids.
