Paris Lawyer Marries Nurse

Robert C. Talbott Weds Miss Clementine Lusby, Head of Government Hospital in Washington


Paris, Ky., May 2. - According to word received by relatives here, Robert C. Talbott of Paris and Lexington, and Miss Clementine Lusby of Washington City were married in Washington Saturday night. They will arrive in Paris the latter part of this week.


Mr Talbott is senior member of the law firm of Talbott & Whitley of Paris, and a member of the law firm of Franklin, Talbott & Chapman of Lexington. He is one of the most brilliant attorneys of the state.


The bride is a graduate nurse who lived in Paris for a number of years. At the opening of the World War, she volunteered her services, and was assigned to duty at one of the Red Cross hospitals in the East.


At the close of the war, Miss Lusby was placed in charge of one of the government hospitals in Washington, where she has served up to the present.


Upon their return to Paris, the couple will reside at the Talbott residence on Duncan Avenue.
