Jackson 64, of 410 S.Lake Pleasant Rd Osseo,died Friday(March 29,1985)in the Hillsdale Community Heath Center following a short illness.She had lived most of her life in Hillsdale County.She was born in Michigan May 5 1920,the daughter of Earl and Jennie Slocum. On Sept 6 1943 she married Jesse D.Jackson.He died in 1979.Survivors include three daughters, Mrs Nancy Earley of Toledo,Ohio, Mrs.Sharon Price of Hillsdale and Mrs Sandra McElheny of Peru,Ind. one son,Thomas D.Jackson of Osseo: two sisters, Mrs, Genevieve Kruger of Marion Ohio,and Mrs Geraldine Freese of Horton: two brothers,Richard Slocum of Adrian and Archie Slocum of Reading:20 grandchildren. Funeral Service was held at the Ned Towns funeral home North Adams burial in the Northlawn Cemetery, North Adams.Rev. Fred Bryans officiated.
