Cecil H "Pat" Scarlett,84, was born February 2,1919 in Sparkman, Arkansas. Pat was a life-long resident of Dallas county. He worked for the Dallas County Road Department as a builder and carpenter, retiring as road foreman.He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fordyce and was a 32nd degree Mason.
Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert Webb and Beatrice Russell Scarlett, two brothers, two sisters, and a grandson,James Kraig Bodge.
Survivors are his wife of sixty-two years, Dorothy Hern Scarlett,two daughters; Patty Bodge of Hot Springs Village and Sandra Meador of Fordyce, three grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.
