LUELLA M ZACHOWSKI
Luella Meta Zachowski, age 87, of 435 Reed St. Chilton died on Saturday March 12, 2005 at her home.
She was born on November 1, 1917 in Hilbert daughter of the late Louis and Annie (Riemer) Brandes.
She married Harry Zachowski on May 23, 1936 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Rantoul. He preceded her in death on November 8, 1998 after 62 years of marriage. She and her husband farmed in the Town of Woodville until moving to Chilton in 1967 where she was employed by Chilton Metal Products until her retirement.
She will be sadly missed by her family; 2 sons; Dale (Sharon) Zachowski of Hilbert, Myron (Sharie) Zachowski of Greenleaf, 1 daughter; Joy (Ralph) Ramminger of Chilton, 6 grandchildren; Lisa Jarsch, Rick, Mike, Tony, and Todd Zachowski, and Tammy Rutherford, 6 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers; Ralph Brandes, Elroy (Lorraine) Brandes, Louis (Jannette) Brandes, and her beloved dog Sandy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a grandson; Thomas Zachowski, 3 brothers; Leon, Norman, and Lester, and 3 sisters; Geraldine, Bernice, and Delores.
Funeral services will be at 11 AM on Wednesday March 16, 2005 at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Chilton with the Rev. Wayne Huebner officiating. Entombment will take place in Knollwood Mausoleum in Manitowoc. Friends may call at the Church on Wednesday from 9 AM until the time of service. Wieting Family Funeral Home is assisting the family.
