Bubby Adams, 39, of New Canton, Ill., died Monday, Dec. 5, 2005, from injuries sustained in a single-vehicle accident on the Barry-New Canton blacktop south of Barry, Ill.

Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. today, Dec. 8, at the Niebur Funeral Chapel in Barry, with Bert Sapp officiating. Cremation Rites will be accorded as per his wishes.

Friends may call one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Mr. Adams was born Nov. 7, 1966, in Wilmington, Ohio, to Edsel R. and Yvonne Brown Adams.

He was married to Sherry Rutherford on June 25, 1983, in Lakeland, Fla. She survives.

Other survivors include his mother Yvonne Brown of New Canton, Ill.; two sons, Kelly Adams of New Canton, Ill., and Robert Adams of New London; one grandson, Noah Bradley Adams; one sister, Lisa Humphrey of Hannibal; two nieces; and two nephews.

Memorials may be made to his grandson's education fund.
