Ruthie Mae Andrews Walker, 58, died Friday, July 18, 2003 at her home. She was born in Sanford and had lived in Calhoun County for the past several years. She was a homemaker and a member of Greater Faith Temple Church in Blountstown.
Survivors include her father, Rufus Hicks of Sanford; two sons, Chris Andrews and Charles Andrews, both of Blountstown. five brothers, Orian Hicks of Rchester, N.Y., Jake Jacobs and Lawrence Hicks, both of Orlando, Alton Hicks and George Duncan, both of Sanford; three sisters, Bettie Hicks-Redden and Mary Ann Reynolds, both of Sanford and Barbara of West Palm Beach; several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Saturday, July 26, at Greater Faith Temple Church in Blountstown. Interment followed in Magnolia Cemetery.
Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown was in charge of arrangements.
