Claude Sheridan
A farmer well-known Huron township farmer, Claude Wilson Sheridan, 64, of 815 Oak street, died Monday at Mercy hospital after a long illness.
Sheridan was born in Huron township, March 21, 1890, the son of D.W. Sheridan. He was of the Methodist faith.
On July 12, 1915, he married Edna Brockway who survives.
Other survivors; include a son, David of Oakville; three daughters, Mrs. S.E. Crouse of Davenport, Mrs. Raymond Waterhouse of Oakville, and Mrs. Richard Smith of Burlington. Seven grandchildren also survive.
One brother and one sister preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held in Wallen’s chapel, Wednesday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Deane Chapman will be in charge with burial at Edwards cemetery at Oakville.
